Mr. Appliance Announces Addition To Field System Management Team

WACO , TEXAS (Tuesday, January 18, 2005) - Mr. Appliance, a residential and commercial appliance repair company, announces the addition of Todd Cottrell to their Franchise System Management team. In this role he will work directly with franchise owners, supporting them in all business systems aspects.

“Todd’s addition will help accommodate the service requirements created by the rapid growth of Mr. Appliance,” said Doug Rogers, vice president of operations for Mr. Appliance. “His past training and management experiences along with his outgoing warm personality make him an ideal fit for coaching and supporting our franchisees.”

Cottrell’s career began as a Copy Consultant for the Kinko’s corporation while attending Southwest Texas State University. Prior to leaving, Todd’s career at Kinko’s progressed to Regional Training Manager for North and South Carolina , where he was in charge of monitoring and teaching their business concepts to the various outlets in his market. After Kinko’s, Todd enhanced his business skills by working as the Manager of Training and Development for the Golf Galaxy Company in Edina, Minnesota . While there, he developed and authored much of their training material.

Todd, and his wife Kim, moved to Waco , Texas from St. Paul . Minn. They have four children, Kristen, Allison, Hunter and Logan.
