Minuteman Press Of No. Conway, Nh Acquires Express Graphics

NORTH CONWAY, NEW HAMPSHIRE (Friday, January 06, 2006) - Minuteman Press of North Conway, New Hampshire, has announced the purchase of Express Graphics, also of North Conway. The transaction was effective January 2, 2006. With completion of the purchase, Minuteman Press becomes the only printer in the Mt. Washington Valley area. The current location of Express Graphics will be closed, with their operations & equipment relocated to the Minuteman Press building on Route 16 in North Conway, just south of the 302 interchange.

Harlan Kennard, owner of Express Graphics, will be working with Minuteman Press staff for the first several months to transfer all customer order records & art files to Minuteman Press, as well as setting up equipment & conducting training with Minuteman staff. “The goal is to ensure a smooth, effortless transition for all current Express Graphics customers over to Minuteman Press, with no disruption of service to our current customers” stated Pat Kittle, owner of Minuteman Press in North Conway, New Hampshire. “This acquisition is a great opportunity for Minuteman Press,” continued Kittle. “Harlan has always had a loyal customer base at Express Graphics, and Minuteman intends to earn that same loyalty by providing great customer service and value for their dollar,” Kittle said.
Kennard remarked, “I am pleased with the arrangements made, because I know that Pat and his staff at Minuteman will take care of the customers that have meant so much to me over the past eighteen years working with Express Graphics.” After the transition is complete, Kennard is looking forward to relocating to his childhood home in Delaware.
