Kolache Factory Opens In Norcross, Georgia

NORCROSS, GEORGIA (Wednesday, December 15, 2004) - Kolache Factory has recently opened a bakery-café in Norcross, Georgia. The new bakery-café franchise was purchased by Jack Lerman and Flor Rivera, and is located at 1560 Indian Trail Lilburn Road.

In addition to serving kolaches, a popular product best described as a slightly sweet, pastry roll filled with a variety of ingredients ranging from to fruit to cheese and meat, Kolache Factory offers its customers gourmet coffees and a variety of traditional pastries. These pastries include, but are not limited to, cinnamon rolls, croissants and strudel niks.

The freshly baked kolaches served at Kolache Factory are a modern variation of the pastry roll that originated in Eastern Europe centuries ago. The company serves a wide range of kolaches that are appropriate for breakfast, as well as a multitude that are suitable for lunch and dinner, and even consumed as satisfying, tasty snacks.

There are currently 13 company-owned and five franchise stores in Houston, TX; two franchise stores in Indianapolis, IN; and one franchise store in St. Louis, MO; Denver, CO; Cincinnati, OH; and McAllen, TX (Rio Grande Valley). Other franchise stores will soon be opening in the following cities: Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN and Austin, Texas. Negotiations are underway for multiple locations in other U.S. cities.
