Kolache Factory To Open In Clear Lake, Tx And Beaumont, Tx

CLEAR LAKE, TX AND BEAUMONT, TX (Sunday, May 15, 2005) - Kolache Factory, a popular bakery-café that is franchising around the country, will soon open bakery-cafes in Clear Lake, TX. and Beaumont, TX. The Clear Lake bakery-café is scheduled to open in early July and will be located at 528 Bay Area Blvd, while the Beaumont bakery-café, which will be located at 6475 Phelan Blvd., will open in early September.

In addition to serving kolaches, a popular product best described as a slightly sweet, pastry roll filled with a variety of ingredients ranging from to fruit to cheese and meat, Kolache Factory offers its customers gourmet coffees and a variety of traditional pastries. These pastries include, but are not limited to, cinnamon rolls, croissants and strudel niks.

The freshly baked kolaches served at Kolache Factory are a modern variation of the pastry roll that originated in Eastern Europe centuries ago. The company serves a wide range of kolaches that are appropriate for breakfast, as well as a multitude that are suitable for lunch and dinner, and even consumed as satisfying, tasty snacks.

In addition to the franchise bakery-cafes in Beaumont and Clear Lake, TX., there are 13 company-owned and five franchise stores in Houston, TX; two franchise stores in Indianapolis, IN; and one franchise store in each of the following cities: Denver, CO; Cincinnati, OH; Minneapolis, MN; Atlanta, GA; St. Louis, MO; and McAllen, TX.
