Venture Expected to Produce Increased Revenue for the Brand

PARSIPPANY, NEW JERSEY (Sunday, February 10, 2002) - Knights Franchise Systems Inc. announced it is now participating in the electronic travel marketplace known as Global Distribution Systems, utilized by more than 180,000 travel agencies and millions of Internet users to book airline tickets, hotels and rental cars.
Travel agents and Internet users alike can now book room reservations at Knights Inn hotels worldwide through the four principal GDS providers: Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan and Amadeus.
