“We are honored to receive the 2003 ‘Hot Again’ award,” Phil Greifeld, president and CEO of Huddle House Inc. stated. “The award confirms our efforts to work as a team with our employees to build a strong, well-known brand that produces customer and franchisee satisfaction.”

Nation’s Restaurant News recognized Huddle House’s re-branding successes, including its re-imaging campaign that features a new “Classic Diner” look, the expansion of its “Lite House” menu and its positive comparable sales growth.

“It takes a great deal of commitment from all levels of Huddle House Inc., including the CEO on down to the dishwashers to be deemed ‘Hot Again’ by the editors of Nation’s Restaurant News,” Ellen Koteff, executive editor of Nation’s Restaurant News explained. “The team at Huddle House has demonstrated that commitment and the company’s financial results attest to the ongoing customer satisfaction found at all Huddle House restaurants. This kind of dedication deserves to be recognized.”
