Clay Foods Inc. Signs Market Development Agreement To Open 11 Huddle House Restaurants

DECATUR, GA. (Wednesday, April 20, 2005) - Huddle House Inc. today announced that Manchester, Ky.-based Clay Foods Inc. has signed a market development agreement to open 11 Huddle House restaurants over the next six years throughout the central part of the state.

Clay Foods Inc. will open its first Huddle House restaurant in Berea; the next three locations are slated to open in Harrodsberg, Richmond, and West Liberty. In addition, Clay Foods will expand to Crittendon, Lexington, Maysville, Shelbyville, Versailles and Williamstown.

The restaurants will be built in the company’s Classic Diner style, a design that includes new interior with chrome trim and mahogany seating.
