Hilton Family Of Hotels Awards Account To Foote Cone & Belding San Francisco

BEVERLY HILLS & NEW YORK (Friday, October 14, 2005) - Foote Cone & Belding ("FCB"), led by their San Francisco office, has been awarded the assignment to develop an umbrella positioning and communications campaign for the Hilton Family of Hotels as a collection of brands -- including Hilton, Conrad, Doubletree, Embassy Suites Hotels, Hampton, Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton Grand Vacations Club and Homewood Suites by Hilton -- after consideration of proposals from five other agencies.

The assignment is effective immediately and includes above and below the line creative. The goals of the campaign will be to unify the overall philosophy of hospitality and further differentiate the eight distinct brands within the Hilton Family of Hotels.

FCB led by the San Francisco office will continue as agency of record for Doubletree and Homewood Suites by Hilton hotels. FCB's Chicago office will continue as agency of record for Hampton, including Hampton Inn and Hampton Inn & Suites.

The new work is expected to break during the first quarter of 2006.
