Home Preservation Services’ HomeCare program was started and developed in Palo Alto, CA over the last eight years. HomeCare is a comprehensive combination of scheduled home inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair services for busy owners of high-quality homes.

HomeCare is a complete package of preventive maintenance services tailored just for the home. The maintenance service addresses over 260 critical elements of the home that require regular attention. The service is delivered quarterly at specific appointment times.
