Rob Isley Of Hawthorn Suites In Ann Arbor, Mich. Named General Manager Of The Year

ATLANTA, GA. (Friday, February 18, 2005) - Rob Isley, general manager of the Hawthorn Suites at 3535 Green Court in Ann Arbor has been named 2004 ‘General Manager of the Year’ by U.S. Franchise Systems, Inc. (USFS), the parent company of the franchisor of the Hawthorn Suites brand. The award was presented recently during the USFS Franchise Conference in Atlanta.

Isley, who has been general manager of the 82-suite property since it opened in 1998, was recognized for his outstanding contribution to the hotel’s sales team and the personal service he provides to ensure that the individual needs of guests are met. The Hawthorn Suites in Ann Arbor is owned by Green Road Executive Suites, L.L.C.
