Haircolorxperts To Open 6 Salons In First Quarter Of 2003

Company's Growth in 2002 Paves the Way for Future Expansion

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA (Saturday, February 15, 2003) - Haircolorxperts International, LLC (HCX) announced plans to open six franchised salons in five states during the first quarter of 2003.

With leases and franchisee agreements finalized, the company expects to open by March 31 salons in Coral Gables, Fla.; Columbia, Md.; Coon Rapids, Minn.; Holmdel, N.J.; Manalapan, N.J.; and Omaha, Neb.

"In 2002, we opened 12 salons, sold 15 development territories in 19 states and signed 27 franchise agreements with 18 franchisees.
