Haircolorxperts Announces Manager Of Franchise Development

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA (Thursday, October 06, 2005) - HCX Salons International, LLC, the franchisor of haircolorxperts salons that lead and specialize in hair color today announced the appointment of Howard Kaplan as the company’s new manager of franchise development. Previously Kaplan served as a haircolorxperts development agent for North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia markets since January 2003.

“haircolorxperts is expanding nationally at a rapid rate and I am thrilled to join the corporate office at this exciting time,” said Kaplan. “As an integral part of the core team, I look forward to contributing to this growth and increasing awareness of the business opportunity haircolorxperts has to offer.”

As manager of franchise development, Kaplan will be responsible for evaluating potential candidates, guiding them through the research process and transitioning new franchisees to the support team once a franchise agreement has been awarded. Kaplan will also be responsible for maintaining a consultative relationship with the franchisee on an on-going basis.

Prior to working with haircolorxperts, Kaplan was an executive in the telecommunications and technology industries serving as product manager and regional sales director for Global Crossing, as well as marketing and technology consultant for E-Z Net Inc., both located in Rochester, NY. Kaplan holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Rochester.
