DOWNERS GROVE IL (Monday, April 12, 2004) - Global Recruiters Network, Inc. (GRN) announces the opening of its 25th new location to service the permanent placement market. GRN began offering franchises in April 2003 and currently has locations throughout the U.S. and Europe.
