Global Recruiters Network Rockets Into 2005 With 50th Office

DOWNERS GROVE IL (Friday, January 14, 2005) - Global Recruiters Network (GRN), a worldwide executive placement firm based in Downers Grove, IL, hit another landmark by opening its 50th office at the end of 2004. Howard Mars of Monroe, New York, is the person who helped the fast-growing organization reach the milestone.

In April 2003, GRN began offering franchises and ended 2004 with 52 offices worldwide. “We plan to have 100 locations by the end of the year,” says GRN’s CEO Brad Baiocchi. According to Baiocchi, there are a couple of good reasons GRN has broadened and penetrated the placement industry so quickly. “Right now, we’re seeing double-digit quarter to quarter growth in terms of positions placed and revenue from our offices. Secondly, corporate America is going through uncertain times, so many executives are jumping on the entrepreneurial bandwagon. By starting their own business, managers are able to use their background and experience to their advantage plus have a more secure, rewarding career.”

When GRN’s forecast for 2005 is met, they will become the number two player in the permanent placement market. GRN offers an intensive three-week training class for franchisees at their headquarters every six weeks throughout the year, along with ongoing field and technological support.
