Brief Company History
The Fazoli's® concept was created in 1988 by Jerrico, then the parent company of Long John Silver's. Two years and five restaurants later, the concept was sold to Seed Restaurant Group, Inc., also based in Lexington, Ky. Today, Fazoli's has grown from a handful of restaurants in Lexington, to more than 380 company owned and franchised Fazoli's Restaurants spanning 32 states.
