Expetec® Grows By 19 Locations With First Area Development Agreement

ABERDEEN, SOUTH DAKOTA (Tuesday, March 16, 2004) - Expetec Corporation opened its first Area Development Regional Office location today in Aberdeen, SD. The Regional Office is headed by Steve Salzer and will be responsible for the development of 19 additional Expetec® franchise locations throughout South Dakota and North Dakota.

The Dakota’s Regional Office is the first of many that Expetec Corporation is opening to facilitate the company’s goal of reaching 5000 locations within the next 10 years. The Regional Offices will be responsible for marketing and sales of Expetec® services, franchisee support and the development of new franchises within their territory. “The Regional Office concept is a tool that many large successful franchise companies such as Subway® have deployed to facilitate a high rate of growth. Our research shows a capacity for over 10,000 Expetec® locations within the United States and the only way to reach that goal is through the development of this growth strategy. A great deal of time and resources has been allocated to this project and based upon the interest factor of many developers that were present at the International Franchise Association convention in Las Vegas last week, we are going to have our hands full with the growth of Expetec®. Besides the Dakota’s Regional Office, we are starting development on two more in Wisconsin and Florida.” stated Lonnie Helgerson, Expetec Corporation CEO.

The Regional Offices will be independently owned by franchisees or in a joint effort with Expetec Corporation.
