LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS (Wednesday, April 14, 2004) - In January, Candy Bouquet celebrated its 15-year anniversary. Starting in Margaret McEntire’s garage in 1989, Candy Bouquet has now grown to over 675 franchises in 49 states and 36 countries.
