Aire Serv Renews Advertising Agreement With Saunders-ream, Hires Bizcom Associates For Public Relations

WACO, TEXAS (Monday, December 17, 2001) - Aire Serv Heating and Air Conditioning, an HVAC service and repair franchise with more than 75 locations, has renewed its advertising agreement with Saunders-Ream Marketing Communications Group for 2002 and retained BizCom Associates for public relations services. Both agencies, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, will be involved in Aire Serv's national campaign to build upon its growing brand name.

"We are a rapidly growing franchise, and we see advertising and public relations as important tools to take our business to the next level in the HVAC industry," said Roger Goertz, president of Aire Serv.

Saunders-Ream Marketing Communications Group is a $25 million integrated marketing company with such clients as: Johnson & Johnson, Tuesday Morning, Midas, and Viastar Services. The agency has successfully created Aire Serv's franchising materials and national print and broadcast ads. In 2002, Saunders-Ream will build upon that foundation with a national television campaign that will achieve more than 92 million targeted impressions.

The addition of Kevin Foreman, the agency's creative director, also brings a wealth of HVAC experience to the Aire Serv account. Foreman, who has worked on major equipment manufacturers' accounts in the HVAC industry, will be a great asset to Aire Serv's marketing efforts.
