Expetec Designates New Training Center As 'e-institute'

ABERDEEN, SOUTH DAKOTA (Friday, November 08, 2002) - Lonnie Helgerson, CEO of Expetec Technology Services was proud to announce today the naming of the new training center located in the Expetec Corporate office building as the E-Institute.
The E-Institute will play a major role in the future expansion of the Expetec system. As certification, manufacture, and service partner alliances take center stage, it becomes critical that Expetec franchisees and their technicians receive training on the latest equipment and services possible.

The E-Institute’s training program is arranged in modular fashion and creates a “plug and play” learning environment. A prime example of this is the Expetec Business Builder (EB2) system, which incorporates various learning modules for business expansion. A goal of the E-Institute is to provide as much factory service training as possible with manufacture involvement. This type of training will insure that the Expetec system is at the forefront of the ever-changing technology industry.

The E-Institute can train up to 20 people at a time and has both classroom and hands on testing stations. As well, the E-Institute sports A/V equipment, T1 network and web access, a conference room and a kitchen/break area. All new Expetec franchisees are required to spend 3 weeks initial training at the E-Institute.
