Expetec Teams Up With Computer Renaissance To Offer 'Service With A Smile'

ABERDEEN, SOUTH DAKOTA (Wednesday, January 01, 2003) - Expetec Technology Services recently announced a beta test partnership with Computer Renaissance, a national retail franchise that buys, sells and trades top quality new and refurbished computers.
Through the program, Expetec will utilize Computer Renaissance stores’ service technicians to perform service contract work to Expetec’s national customers that are located outside the territories Expetec’s franchisees serve. The initial test will include 10 locations throughout the United States and, if successful, may be rolled-out system-wide to more than 100 Computer Renaissance locations nationwide.

“The Computer Renaissance chain has long been known for its customer-focused franchisees. I expect the program to benefit both franchise systems tremendously,” Expetec CEO Lonnie Helgerson said.
