Erbert, Gerbert And Friends Move To Bismarck

BISMARCK, ND (Tuesday, October 18, 2005) - Bismarck residents will have new intergalactic friends in the area when Comet Morehouse, Jacob Bluefinger, Halley’s Comet and their friends arrive in town. Just who are these crazy characters? They are the famous Erbert & Gerbert’s Subs and Clubs! Erbert & Gerbert’s is expected to arrive in Bismarck on October 27, 2005, located at 931 South 9th St. The new Erbert & Gerbert’s will offer its customers a variety of services including catering, delivery and open-late hours.

North Dakota natives and Erbert & Gerbert’s owners George and Kim Yineman were first introduced to the Erbert & Gerbert’s experience while living in Appleton, Wis. The Yineman’s are delighted to be opening their first Erbert & Gerbert’s in Bismarck and plan to open a second Erbert & Gerbert’s in North Bismarck within a year. “Bismarck is perfect for Erbert and Gerbert’s and when people taste the food, they’ll know why,” said George Yineman.

“Our decision to open an Erbert & Gerbert’s was an easy one. It’s a restaurant our entire family loved to visit while living in Wisconsin because of its unique, fun and educational environment,” added Yineman. “Erbert & Gerbert’s was a mainstay for our family, so when we moved back home to North Dakota, we knew we had to bring Erbert & Gerbert’s with us. Even at the office, Erbert & Gerbert’s was the restaurant of choice among all the employees when ordering party platters, box lunches and delivery orders.”

Kim Yineman, managing owner, says Erbert & Gerbert’s is a restaurant other families will enjoy not only for its family-fun atmosphere, but also for its health-conscious menu. “Erbert & Gerbert’s products are made with only the freshest, healthy ingredients and even the kids love it!” said Kim Yineman.

Erbert & Gerbert’s plans to open for business on October 27. Daisy Filipi will join the Erbert & Gerbert’s team as general manager and brings with her 9 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Prior to joining Erbert & Gerbert’s, Daisy served as a manager for Minerva’s in Bismarck. “Erbert & Gerbert’s unique atmosphere is extremely appealing to me,” said Filipi. “Erbert & Gerbert’s is committed to providing its customers the best service in the sandwich industry and we will continue that tradition here in Bismarck.
