ATLANTA (Saturday, January 15, 2005) - Moe's Southwest Grill is an Atlanta-based concept that offers Southwestern fare made daily from scratch with healthy ingredients. The menu features a variety of items, many with offbeat names, like a burrito called "Joey Bag of Donuts," a taco named "The Full Monty" and a fajita called "Fat Sam." Created in December 2000 by president Martin Sprock, Moe's has 114 units around the country with more on the way. Average unit sales are $900,000 a year, and same-store sales were up 25 percent in 2003, according to company officials.
