Instant Imprints Announces New Vice President Of Marketing

Shipman strengthens support at innovative imprinting franchise

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA (Friday, December 02, 2005) - Instant Imprints, the first franchise concept to embrace every facet of the imprinted promotions market, today announced the appointment of Robert Shipman as the company’s new vice president of marketing. Shipman will use his long-time expertise in operations, training, brand building and franchise marketing to strengthen the Instant Imprints brand nationwide.

“Instant Imprints is expanding rapidly across the nation, and I am thrilled to join the corporate office at this exciting time,” said Shipman. “As an integral part of the executive team, I look forward to contributing to the growth of the concept and increasing awareness of the business opportunity Instant Imprints has to offer.”

As the vice president, his responsibilities will include identifying, creating and developing profitable opportunities within new categories and channels in the market. He will also be in charge of developing new products, sales and marketing promotions that are unique to Instant Imprints to further support the franchise owners.

Shipman comes to Instant Imprints with more that thirty years of operational experience in the franchise industry. Prior to working with Instant Imprints, Shipman spent three years at Fastsigns, a multi-unit franchise. Determined to bringing around a failing operation, he achieved a profit in the first quarter under ownership and sold the business two and a half years later with a large return on investment. Shipman has also designed and implemented a variety of sales and marketing programs, still in use by major franchise organizations today.
