Vince Runco Named President Of World Wide Franchising For Bennigan's Grill & Tavern

PLANO, TX (Tuesday, November 29, 2005) - Metromedia Restaurant Group (MRG) has promoted Vince Runco to president of world wide franchising for Bennigan’s Grill & Tavern. Mr. Runco will be responsible for overall sales, operations and development for all domestic and international franchise operations of Bennigan’s. In addition, Mr. Runco will assist MRG in other franchise related development opportunities.

“This promotion recognizes both Vince’s tremendous contribution to our system and the importance of our franchise partners in overall business success,” Bennigan’s president Mark Poston announced.

Vince Runco is a 13-year veteran of Bennigan’s Grill & Tavern, having started in 1983 as a manager in training and rejoined in March 1999 as director of international field operations. He subsequently held positions as vice president of franchise operations and vice president of world wide franchising.
Under Mr. Runco’s leadership, Bennigan’s franchising operations continues to grow domestically and internationally with plans to open ?? new locations in the coming months. Bennigan’s currently has 270 domestic restaurants in 33 states and 40 international restaurants.
