Case Handyman Services Is Taking The Nation By Storm

BETHESDA (Friday, June 10, 2005) - Professional handyman services have experienced a tremendous increase in demand over the last decade. But from what the trends are showing, the industry is just getting started. Case® Handyman Services, the largest full service home improvement country in the nation, opened an unprecedented 13 new locations this spring. And the growth that they are seeing seems to have no end in sight as the system is projected to grow by another 21 locations by the end of the year.

They may not be the biggest or the most complex home improvement projects, but according to the U.S. Census Bureau most of the United States’ 73 million homeowners have as many as 7 small- to medium-sized household remodeling, repair and improvement projects lingering on their “to-do” lists. With more demands on their time than ever, Americans are increasingly turning to handyman services to tackle small- to medium-scale home repair and improvement jobs in order to free up their precious leisure time.
“We began offering handyman services in our headquarters office 12 years ago in response to a growing number of requests from our remodeling clients for help with smaller jobs,” says Mark Richardson, CR, president of Bethesda, Maryland-based Case® Design/Remodeling, Inc., the country’s largest full-service remodeling firm. “We quickly realized that homeowners have a clear set of priorities when it comes to choosing handyman services. It is exciting, however not surprising, to see this phenomenon catch on across the country with the enormous growth the Case® system has experienced.”
