Concentric Equity Partners Invests In Aussie Pet Mobile

Investment Gives Leading Mobile Pet Grooming Franchise Opportunity to Continue Rapid Growth

(Tuesday, February 17, 2004) - Aussie Pet Mobile announced today that Concentric Equity Partners has agreed to make an investment from its equity fund to support the company’s rapid growth and continued leadership as the leading mobile pet grooming service company.

In addition to the equity investment, Concentric Equity Partners have agreed to serve on the board of directors for Aussie Pet Mobile and will help in building the necessary infrastructure within the business.

“This investment in Aussie Pet Mobile is another validation that our concept is one of the strongest in the franchise services industry,” said Ian Moses, co-founder of Aussie Pet Mobile, who was recently listed in the February issue of Entrepreneur Magazine as #40 in the “101 Fastest Growing Franchises”. “The Concentric investment is a significant step forward in the continued growth of our company,” added Moses.

Concentric Equity Partners invests exclusively in service related businesses, supported by an investment group including ServiceMaster, “America’s Service Brands for Home and Business,” and over 35 accomplished operating executives within the services business sector.

In fact, Aussie Pet Mobile currently operates company-owned locations in Atlanta and the Silicon Valley.
