Aire Serv® Announces 19 New Franchisees, Completes Dec. Basic Training And Strong 2002

WACO, TEXAS (Monday, December 30, 2002) - Aire Serv® Heating and Air Conditioning, an HVAC service and repair franchise with more than 85 locations, announced completion of its December Basic Training course for new franchise owners at corporate headquarters and ended one of its strongest years for network growth.

Roger Goertz, president of Aire Serv, welcomed 19 new franchise owners. “We ended 2002 on a strong note, and we expect 2003 to pick up right where we left off,” Goertz said.

Aire Serv, which recently celebrated its 10th anniversary, added the following locations:

Seventeen of the 19 new locations were independent businesses that saw the benefit of joining Aire Serv’s national network. Goertz said the majority of the network’s growth comes from conversions – HVAC contractors that are seeking continuous support and training on all business acumen skills that also provide proven and enhanced business systems and marketing support that the Aire Serv brand provides.
