Zero's Subs Announces The Signing Of Three Franchise Agreements For Locations In Southern California.

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (Wednesday, June 01, 2005) - American Kiosk Corporation (AKIS, Pink Sheets) announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Zero's Mr. Submarine Inc., has signed three new franchise agreements for locations in Southern California. The new Zero's Subs franchises will be opening in or near the California towns of Norwalk, Commerce, and La Habra. This will be the first entry into the California marketplace for Zero's.

Martin Palacios, President of American Kiosk Corp. states, "We are very excited to be making our initial entry into California, and hope to be opening many more Zero's Subs Franchises throughout the state."

Zero's Mr. Submarine, Inc. is a franchisor of quick service restaurants featuring "Hot Oven-Baked" sandwiches and Pizza. Zero's has been in business since 1967, starting in Virginia Beach, VA. Zero's Mr. Submarine Inc., began franchising the original restaurant concept in 1994. Currently, Zero's has over 60 restaurants worldwide within the chain.
