Zero's Subs Announces The Opening Of A New Restaurant In Virginia.

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (Friday, June 24, 2005) - American Kiosk Corporation (AKIS, Pink Sheets) announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Zero's Mr. Submarine Inc., and their franchisee, Bob Caughlin, President of Caughlin Enterprises, Inc, opened a new Zero's Subs in the Deep Creek area of Chesapeake, VA on June 20, 2005. This is the third Zero's Subs for Mr. Caughlin.

Martin Palacios, President of American Kiosk Corporation and Zero's, Mr. Submarine, Inc., states, "Bob is doing a great job as a multiple franchise owner, and we are extremely pleased that he has now opened his third Zero's Subs franchise in the Tidewater Area here in Virginia."

Zero's will be opening two more new franchises in the next two to three weeks, one in the Atlanta, Georgia area and one in Portsmouth, Virginia. More news will be made available as these stores open.

Zero's Mr. Submarine, Inc. is a franchisor of quick service restaurants featuring "Hot Oven-Baked" sandwiches and Pizza. Zero's has been in business since 1967, starting in Virginia Beach, VA.
