Zero's Subs Announces The Opening Of A New Restaurant In Portsmouth, Virginia.

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (Monday, July 11, 2005) - American Kiosk Corporation (AKIS, Pink Sheets) announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Zero's Mr. Submarine Inc., and their franchisees, Arthur Kee and Alonzo Harris of A.C. & A.D., LLC, opened a new Zero's Subs in Portsmouth, VA. It opened at 4006 Victory Blvd., Suite D on June 23, 2005. This is the first Zero's Subs for Arthur and Alonzo.

Martin Palacios, President of American Kiosk Corporation and Zero's, Mr. Submarine, Inc., states, "Arthur and Alonzo have been doing a great job since they opened their Zero's a couple of weeks ago. The sales have exceeded our expectations. We look forward to a very successful long-term business relationship with these two new Zero's franchisees."

During the first half of this year, the Company has opened five (5) new Zero's Subs franchises, resulting in 8% franchise growth already. There are three (3) more franchises currently in the construction phase along with an additional four (4) signed franchise contracts that should be open and operating before the end of the year. With the above twelve (12) units open or under contract and the current on-going negotiations with other potential franchisees, the Company should experience well over 20% growth in franchises for 2005.

Zero's Mr. Submarine, Inc. is a franchisor of quick service restaurants featuring "Hot Oven-Baked" sandwiches and Pizza. Zero's has been in business since 1967, starting in Virginia Beach, VA. Zero's Mr. Submarine Inc. began franchising the original restaurant concept in 1994. Currently, Zero's has over 60 restaurants worldwide in the chain.
