Bennigan's New "Mix & Match" Menu

PLANO, TX (Monday, October 17, 2005) - Bennigan’s Grill & Tavern is introducing their new “Mix & Match” menu, giving guests the ability to order two or three delicious Mix & Match menu items on one plate.

To generate awareness of their new Mix & Match menu, Bennigan’s Grill & Tavern is launching new radio and television spots in select markets. Flint, Michigan is the first market to broadcast the new spots.

Guests can enjoy two or three entrees from a selection that includes: Fire-Grilled Top Sirloin, Cajun Shrimp Skewer, Cajun Salmon, Southwest Grilled Chicken Breast, Tempura Shrimp, Meatloaf, “Oh, Baby” Back Ribs, Golden Chicken Tenders and Mediterranean Chicken Breast.

The Mix & Match menu also lets guests combine two or three appetizers, or enjoy two or three desserts at the same time. Appetizer choices include: Golden Chicken Tenders, Fajita Chicken Quesadillas, Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, Broccoli Bites, Bacon and Cheese Potato Skins, Buffalo Wings, Ultimate Nachos, Southwest Egg Rolls and the new Boneless Buffalo Wings.

If they’re in the mood for something sweet, guests can order more than one of the classic Bennigan’s mouth-watering desserts like Brownie Bottom Pie, Abbey’s Apple Sizzler and Death By Chocolate or choose from among the several new options including: Carrot Cake, Chocolate Lava Cake and Crème Brulee Cheese Cake.

“We realized that Bennigan’s has so many great menu items to choose from, sometimes it’s hard to order just one thing. With the Mix & Match menu, our guests can get two or three of their favorites in one visit, and a whole new set of favorites the next visit.
