San Antonio Real Estate Leaders Join Avalar

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS (Tuesday, May 24, 2005) - Avalar Real Estate and Mortgage Network announced today that Kimberly Howell and Tony Romero, formerly of Keller Williams Realty, have joined the Avalar Real Estate Network. They have announced the construction of their new office at Blanco Road and Gathering Oaks; longtime Keller Williams Team Leader, Tony Romero, will manage the office. The office will focus on the North Central area, primarily, but will continue to sell properties throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas.

Kimberly Howell has been in the real estate profession for 16 years and she has been named the Top Keller Williams REALTOR® in San Antonio during the preceding 3 years in sales, listings and gross commission income. Kimberly Howell most recently closed over $36 million in sales in 2004. She purchased the first Avalar franchise in San Antonio, but others are still available. Kimberly stated she reviewed the Avalar business model and was intrigued by the revenue share concept as well as the company’s unique Internet marketing program. “I believe the innovations Avalar offers customers and clients establishes a new standard within the industry. Tony comes to Avalar after serving with Keller Williams for over 10 years. He was named Top Real Estate Manager, (Franchise) in San Antonio in 2003 by the Platinum Top 50 Organization. He has been credited by many respected industry leaders as the reason Keller Williams gained prominence since his arrival to the city in 1996. Tony has established himself as one of the recruiting powerhouses within the real estate industry, and he feels his success will continue, in large part because of Avalar’s unique revenue sharing program.

Avalar offers agents an opportunity to share in revenues generated by their fellow REALTORS®. Unlike profit, revenue is generated, received and distributed. For an agent to share in profit, profit must be realized as the bottom-line.
