Banker & Company announced today that seven new Training Center owners have completed their initial 3-day Pre-Launch Training sessions in Overland Park, KS on October 27-29, 2005. The pre-launch training session, which is required of all new franchisees is the first step in beginning to learn what is essential and necessary in the opening and operation of a successful training center. Business owners learn the basics of working with their own Quick Books accounting system, basics of populating their own Web Site, fundamentals of classroom management, teaching, sales, marketing and operations of their business. According to Dennis Anderson, CO-CEO of A.D. Banker & Company, it is impossible as a trainer to teach or as a new owner to learn everything you need to know to run a successful business in only 3 days. What we try to establish is a foundation of facts and skills and an understanding of the scope of what they will need to know and excel at, to be successful. Each business owner will be returning for 2 more days of Ongoing Management Training in the upcoming weeks.
