Maid To Perfection® Cited As One Of 15 Great Low-investment Franchises

(Friday, September 10, 1999) - The first call came in on August 24, 1999 for franchise information. In the course of the customary screening process, we were informed that the source of the lead was an article published in the September issue of Black Enterprise Magazine.

Being that we were unfamiliar with the magazine, we spent the next two days waiting for the local bookstore to get the issue in. Finally we got a look at the beautiful, sleek, glossy periodical and located the article giving an alphabetical listing of 15 Great Low-Investment Franchises, which included Maid to Perfection®.


That same issue also had an article listing the Top 5 Industries for Black Women to buy businesses in, and the cleaning industry was ranked 2nd on that list.


In all, Black Enterprise has brought in about 20 inquiries in 3 weeks. We hope that the Maid to Perfection® Minority Ownership Initiative, coupled with this wonderful honor from Black Enterprise Magazine, will help us move forward toward our goal to double our minority franchisees by the spring of 2000. We'd also like to thank Debby Smith of the International Franchise Association - Minority Recruitment Program and our own successful franchisees for helping to spread the word about the Maid to Perfection® system.
