UW-Milwaukee Target of Latest Expansion

WHITEWATER, WI (Saturday, January 15, 2005) - Residents of Milwaukee, WI will soon be enjoying baked potato pizzas, chicken fajita pizzas and other gourmet pizza specialties delivered to their doors.

Topper's will offer hand-tossed, gourmet-topped pizzas, as well as a selection of other popular items, including oven toasted grinder sandwiches, Buffalo wings and the concept's signature Topperstix.

The location near the UW-Milwaukee campus is expected to open its doors for operation by the start of the fall semester. "We are extremely excited about entering the Milwaukee market" says Scott Gittrich, President and Founder of Topper's Pizza. "We have had customers asking us for the last several years 'when are you guys coming to Milwaukee?' We are anticipating the UW-M campus location to be one of our most successful yet."

The UW-M campus location will be the chain's first location to open in the Milwaukee area. "Successful entry into the Milwaukee metro area is a key component of our company's overall growth strategy in the coming year" says Scott Iversen Director of Franchise Sales. "We are hoping to have several additional franchised units signed up and ready to go so that we can enter the area with multiple locations."

Topper’s Pizza Inc. has grown to 12 stores, with more than 300+ employees. Topper's Pizza currently has stores in North Carolina, Wisconsin and Minnesota, and is currently seeking qualified individuals for partner relationships to expand through franchising in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
