New Management Tools Introduced At Convention

Focus on Product Quality & Service

WHITEWATER, WI (Friday, July 15, 2005) - In July Topper’s Pizza franchisees and managers from all stores attended the annual National Convention in Madison, WI. This year’s three day event theme was “Proud. Pizza. People.”. Each day attendees participated in various educational seminars and round table discussions. They were also provided with new coaching tools can be used in their store to improve the daily production products (quality, consistency & accuracy), measure / monitor daily operations levels, and programs to increase sales. By using these new methods and tools, managers will be able to out perform competitors in all aspects of their business and live up the Topper’s advertising tag line of “You Expect More. Topper’s Delivers!”, by exceeding customer’s ordinary expectations on each and every order.
The first of these new coaching tools focused on striving for perfection in all aspects of product quality. All attendees were provided with new Product Posting Guidelines that will help managers insure quality / consistency (not only internally but also from store to store). These training tools are to coach employees on how to make perfect menu items. The poster guidelines are complete with detailed instructions & photos.

Another tool that was introduced the new Mystery Shopper Program. This new program will help managers identify how they are performing in the eyes of the customer.

Attendees were also provided with tools they can use to build sales in their local markets.
