Sun Partners Look To Acquire Successful Tanning Businesses

Nationwide Plans Include Purchasing a Total of 216 Tanning Businesses by 2007

LAKEWOOD, CO (Thursday, January 10, 2002) - Sun Partners, Inc., a recently formed purchasing group founded by several veteran leaders of the indoor tanning industry, are looking to provide the ultimate "exit strategy" to successful tanning industry business owners throughout the United States.

Realizing the large number of successful tanning businesses throughout the United States, Sun Partners, is looking to purchase a total of 216 businesses including: tanning salons, and full service salons.

Sun Partners has received a significant amount of funding from a variety of venture capital firms in the indoor tanning industry.
