Sonitrol Announces Purchase Of Philadelphia Dealership

BERWYN, PA (Tuesday, November 01, 2005) - Sonitrol Corporation, the leader in verified electronic security solutions, today announced it has acquired the territory and operating rights of its Philadelphia dealership, Sonitrol Philadelphia. The territories associated with the acquisition include the counties of Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery in Southeastern Pennsylvania, and Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties in Southern New Jersey.
