Pepsi Billionaire Campaign A Success For Mr. Hero, Comes To Close

CLEVELAND, OH (Friday, August 15, 2003) - Joining Pepsi's largest sweepstakes to date, Play for One Billion Dollars , Mr. Hero Restaurants® reported success with the program, which commenced on June 1 and ended today.

Mr. Hero customers received peel off stickers on their 32 oz. Pepsi cups for a chance to compete in a nationally televised sweepstakes for one billion dollars. These peel-off stickers revealed either instant win cash at $15 through Pepsi or a code on the 32 oz. cup to enter on the Pepsi web site for a chance to compete for one billion dollars.

Pepsi's Play for One Billion Dollars winner will be revealed on Sunday, September 14 from 8-10pm EST , aired on the WB. This two hour live event will be hosted by Drew Carey and includes 1,000 contestants.
