SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA (Saturday, October 29, 2005) - It’s Just Lunch, the premier dating service for busy professionals, with over 85 locations worldwide, today announced the opening of their first location in Australia. The new office will be located in Sydney; Australia’s biggest city and their business capital.

It’s Just Lunch was founded in the United States in 1992 and now has over 85 locations world-wide. The company is planning on opening 10-15 new locations in 2006, including expansion in Melbourne and Brisbane, Australia, as well as Hong Kong and Malaysia.

It’s Just Lunch conducted a survey of 3,698 singles and found that 52% of single women and 48% of single men have used a dating service—compared to only 8% a decade ago. Today singles are taking more proactive steps to improve their dating life.
