Color Me Mine Opens 100th Studio

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA (Wednesday, January 19, 2005) - Color me Mine Enterprises, Inc (CMMEI), www.colormemine.com, the world’s leader in the Paint-Your-Own-Ceramics industry, announced today that it opened it’s 100th Paint Your Own Ceramics Studio in Bethesda, MD. One year earlier Color Me Mine reported 71 studios in operation worldwide. With the addition of this studio CMMEI posted a 41% increase in new studio openings to the hundredth studio milestone marker. Approximately 30 new studios are planned for 2005 including new openings under Master License Agreements in France and Korea. With the 100th studio, the Company now has franchises in 19 states and has 15 studios operating in seven countries including the Middle East, Far East, Australia, South Asia, Europe and the United Kingdom.

2004 was a milestone year in many respects. Former Franchise Owner, Jim Warner became the Company’s majority shareholder and CEO bringing extensive business and investment experience. In addition to record per unit studio sales and franchise growth, CMMI was able to add an East Coast distribution point and acquire a production facility in Mexico. Also added were a number of national affiliates such as Santa For Hire, Toys-for -Tots, Enduring Images photo transfers, Warner Bros. and Sony in-studio movie promotions and Hallmark/Disney in-studio birthday parties. Rounding-out the additions were enhanced on-line Franchise Owner support services, a national purchasing co-op for studio owners and major fundraising programs with professional sports franchises. Mooslin added that 2004 was probably the most dynamic year for the fourteen year-old company praising the strength of great Franchise Owners, strong real estate and a unique and wholesome concept.
