Grease Monkey International Donates 25k To
GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO (Monday, September 13, 2004) -
On Tuesday, August 31 at 10:00 am, members of the Colorado State Patrol, Grease Monkey International and the friends and families of 3 Chatfield High School teens killed in a tragic auto crash in February of 2003, gathered at the crash site (the intersection of Ken-Caryl Road & Continental Divide Road) to honor 4 students whose commitment to safe driving practices saved their own lives when the cars they were riding in were totaled.
The Colorado teen driver safety program called Alive At 25 is a state mandated program, offered to drivers in the 15 to 24-age category, and is designed to be an early intervention program to prevent traffic violations, collisions, and fatalities. In announcing the event, Bear Kay of the Colorado State Patrol is clearly thrilled with the outcome of these 4 students making smart and safe driving choices after attending the Alive At 25 Program, Some of our teen drivers have heard us! The Colorado State Patrol Alive At 25 Team recently won a national award for their commitment to, and implementation of, this successful program.

Rex Utsler, President & CEO of Grease Monkey International says, The Alive At 25 Program is a good fit with our business.
