A Fox's Love Story

LAS VEGAS, NV (Wednesday, March 17, 2004) - "When the moon hits your eyes like a big pizza pie, it's Amore…" That thought raced through Craig Bollinger's mind 6 years ago when he made his first delivery to Tracy Collins. It's been a pizza love story ever since.

Craig has been in the pizza business for over 18 years since graduating high school, always dreaming of being his own boss at his own pizzeria. Tracy also manifested the entrepreneurial spirit & as their relationship blossomed they worked together to make a dream come true. Finally in July of 2003 they opened up their very own Fox's Pizza Den in York, PA. With Craig's experience & Tracy's drive to succeed, they have become a major competitor in the York market.

Of course, operating your own pizzeria is basically a 24/7 commitment, so days off can be few & far between. Fortunately for this happy couple, they enjoy the loving support of staff & family. "It just seemed natural that we would schedule some time off to attend the 20th annual International Pizza Expo this year," Craig said. After all it was their first year on their own & they wanted to expand their horizons in the business. Tracy adds that "Vegas had always been a favorite vacation spot for the couple & luck was always with them out here." They were committed to their business & to each other. The next step just seemed logical.

Saint Patrick's Day 2004; at The Little White Wedding Chapel, made famous by Brittany Spears, they said "I Do" at a small private ceremony. Craig's best friend stood for the couple. They honeymooned at Harrah's Hotel & Casino. It was the perfect ending to Pizza Expo 2004.
