NEW STUDIO 6 OPENS IN EAST BRUNSWICK, N.J.

Thirty-eighth location to open in last three years

DALLAS, TX (Monday, May 20, 2002) - Studio 6, the extended-stay lodging concept owned by Accor, one of the world's largest hospitality companies, has opened here. The brand-new 124-unit property located at 246 Route 18, one mile south of the New Jersey Turnpike, continues the growth of this new brand.

Geared toward travelers staying five nights or longer, Studio 6 features larger rooms of 280-290 square feet, fully equipped kitchens complete with dishes, utensils, cookware, and flatware. Other amenities and services offered to guests include voicemail, phones with dataports, free local phone calls, remote control televisions, free multi-channel HBO, ESPN, ESPN2, CNN, and more than 20 additional television channels.

First introduced in 1999, Studio 6 is designed to offer guests, staying a few days or a few weeks, an affordable value and a comfortable stay. It has a residential look and feel to it that appeals to both business and leisure travelers staying for an extended period of time. This uniquely designed prototype property also features interior corridors, state-of-the-art heating and cooling systems, and electronic locks. Priced in the middle of the extended-stay segment, the property features a guest laundry facility and elevator for convenience
