Express Services, Inc. Hires Bartliff as Franchise Director

OKLAHOMA CITY (Wednesday, October 26, 2005) - Express Services, Inc. announces Fred Bartliff as franchise director for Central and Western US. In this position, Bartliff will focus his efforts on qualifying prospects and selling Express franchises. Bartliff gained over 30 years of experience in franchising as vice president of franchising for Grandy's Restaurant, ACE Cash Express and Snelling Personnel Services. He earned his bachelor's degree in public relations and sales from the University of Memphis.

With 500 franchise locations, Oklahoma City-based Express Services' client base extends through four countries and employs 300,000 people annually. Company sales totaled $1.3 billion in 2004.

Today, Express operates three service lines, including Express Personnel Services, temporary staffing/evaluation and direct hire; Express Professional Staffing, contract and executive recruiting and placement; and Express Business Solutions, customized workplace services.
