Pittsburgh - Sunbelt's 2004 Office of the Year

CHARLESTON, SC (Thursday, July 22, 2004) - "Dave Ball exemplifies the spirit of Sunbelt by 'paying it forward,'" said Sunbelt’s Ed Pendarvis, Chairman of the Board of Sunbelt Business Advisors, a 300-plus office business brokerage franchise company. David Ball, owner of Sunbelt’s Pittsburgh location was honored as the Office of the Year at Sunbelts Annual Meeting last week in San Diego.

Mr. Ball mentioned in his acceptance speech that many people in the Sunbelt Network had given him a hand up towards being a better business broker. Ball says he's repaying that goodwill by helping other people in the network with his experience in the business. Mr. Ball credited that goodwill as the spirit of being part of a franchise operation. Serving as Secretary, Ball was also recognized for his time and participation as an elected member of the Sunbelt Business Advisors President's Council, an advisory group of franchisees. Mr. Ball is also actively involved in growing his Pittsburgh office, where he is currently adding and training brokers to accommodate the need for his services in the community.

Nominees and the selected recipient for this prestigious award are made from among peers in the Sunbelt Network. The annual award is designed to honor recipients based upon tenure in the industry, outstanding achievement and professional performance, their leadership role in assisting others in reaching their full potential, dedication to the industry, and being an exemplary role models in their conduct and community service.
