PostalAnnex+ Named Multiple National Winner of Silver Microphone Awards for 2003

SAN DIEGO, CALIF (Tuesday, September 09, 2003) - PostalAnnex+, of San Diego has been named a multiple National Winner in The Silver Microphone Award competition for 2003. The competition, in its 19th year, is designed to select the best local and regional radio commercials, audio programs and web sites created by advertising agencies, production studios and radio stations in the United States.

A commercial created by and for PostalAnnex+ was honored as a National Finalist in the demanding category of "Best Use of Humor". the clever commercial titled "Holiday 2002", was written by Rich Badami and Lorin Dryfuss. Badami also served as the Director for the successful project.

A second spot for PostalAnnex+, titled "Choices" was selected as a National Finalist in the category of "Best Copywriting". Rich Badami and Lorin Dryfuss were the winning copywriters for the successful commercial.

The Silver Microphone Award competition was open to the more than 40,000 advertising agencies, productions companies and radio stations in the United States. Entries in the 38 categories were judged for creativity, production quality, copy and concept, talent and overall effectiveness.

A panel of judges, representing all aspects fo the broadcast advertising industry, rated each entry. Four finalists from each category entered a second round of judging to determine the National Winner in each category. The National Winners and National Finalists were among the best radio commercials produced in the United states in the year 2003. Companies of every size and from each state were represented in the competition.
