Cottman Transmission scores a 97% Satisfaction rating in an independent survey!

HORSHAM, PA (Thursday, January 06, 2005) - In November 2004, an independent research company, Qualified Leads, Inc., Scottsdale, AZ. conducted a random survey of over 660 Cottman customers from 234 different Cottman locations throughout the country. These customers had recently had service work done at a Cottman Center. Customers were asked about their experience at Cottman, their satisfaction with their service and whether they would use Cottman again or recommend Cottman to a friend. 97% of the respondents said that they were “very satisfied,” “satisfied,” or “somewhat satisfied” with their service. 96% of the customers said they “definitely would,” or “probably would” recommend Cottman Transmission to a friend, relative or co-worker.” Commenting on the results, Todd Leff, president of Cottman Transmission said, “We are gratified by the outstanding results of this survey and believe it demonstrates our dealers’ ongoing commitment to be the highest quality transmission repair chain in the industry.” Cottman Transmission has over 400 location coast to coast.
