EMBROIDME AND SIGN-A-RAMA LOOKS TO HELP HURRICANE KATRINA RELIEF WITH DONATIONS AND SUPPLIES

WEST PALM BEACH, FL (Thursday, September 01, 2005) - EmbroidMe and SIGN-A-RAMA will match all donations from their franchisees contributed to Hurricane Relief by way of the American Red Cross. In addition, we are orchestrating a supply drive to give much needed apparel items for school kids, first responders, and others through our EmbroidMe locations in Lafayette and Houma. Our Franchisee in these two locations will serve as our distribution outlets into the devastated areas where many people have already taken refuge in surrounding towns.

“We are asking our vendors, suppliers, and franchisees donate polo shirts and all sizes, medical scrubs in all color and sizes, backpacks, socks and underwear, and t-shirts to be delivered to EmbroidMe in Lafayette, 3810 Ambassador Caffery Parkway, Suite 600. Lafayette, LA 70503, Attention: Dotty Landry,” says J.J. Prendamano, General Manager and Vice-President of EmbroidMe and SIGN-A-RAMA. “In addition, we are sending close to 1,000 pounds of miscellaneous clothes to be distributed to the over 100,000 people who have migrated to Lafayette seeking refuge,” further states Prendamano. “We want to do our part to give back to a community that has helped serve our mission over the years.”
