Papa Murphy's Appoints Jerry Kenney to Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations

(Friday, August 20, 2004) - Papa Murphy's International is pleased to announce the promotion of Jerry Kenney to Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations. In this new position, Jerry will oversee all operations groups, including the Western and Midwestern Regions, Business Services, Non-Traditional Operations and the Company Store Division.

Company President, Mark Laramie, stated that Jerry has faithfully and competently served the Papa Murphy's System and its franchisees dating back to its beginning when he was the President of Papa Aldos. Throughout his tenure, Jerry has displayed the ability to manage a dynamic and diverse range of objectives and has continuously proven his value to our company. We are very proud of Jerry's accomplishments and we are happy to recognize him for his efforts with this well deserved promotion.
